President

T.J. Iezzoni is the President of Sentinel Midstream, bringing nearly 20 years of experience across the global energy sector, with a strong track record in developing and executing large-scale commercial and infrastructure initiatives. His career is defined by the successful delivery of complex, capital-intensive projects and value chain optimization spanning upstream, midstream, and downstream logistics and operations.

At Sentinel Midstream, T.J. plays a critical role in leading project execution, commercial strategy, organizational development, and operational readiness across the platform. His leadership emphasizes safety, operational excellence, a disciplined growth mindset, and strong coordination across stakeholders, positioning Sentinel as a key player in Gulf Coast energy infrastructure.

Prior to joining Sentinel, T.J. held various leadership roles at ExxonMobil and Waga Energy, where he had oversight of existing and emerging commercial businesses, leading strategy development and execution across global markets. He has extensive experience structuring and negotiating complex commercial agreements, including pipeline and terminal infrastructure, long-term supply arrangements, negotiating partnership agreements, as well as serving on both joint venture and publicly traded corporation boards.

Earlier in his career, T.J. also held roles spanning project development, refining operations, and technical and environmental leadership, giving him a comprehensive perspective on the midstream value chain.

T.J. is recognized for his strategic mindset, ability to lead cross-functional teams, and consistent delivery of high-impact outcomes in complex and dynamic environments.

He holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Lehigh University and a Master of Business Administration from Louisiana State University.
